About the role

We are looking for a Machine Operator to work on a plastic production line within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The role focuses on maintaining line performance, ensuring product quality, and complying with GMP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Independently monitor the quality of materials, products and equipment through regular controls.
• Continuously observe the assigned production line and maintain required process parameters.
• Perform inspections according to production documentation and specifications.
• Identify causes of errors and initiate corrective or escalation actions.
• Prepare and maintain cleaning records, logs and other GMP‑required documentation.
• Communicate effectively between shifts to achieve production targets.
• Report any quality issues of raw materials to the responsible supervisor with accurate defect details.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a machine operator in a production environment.
• Preferable experience in a regulated, pharmaceutical, medical or sterile manufacturing setting.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Independent, team‑oriented and proactive work attitude.
• Precise, flexible and adaptable.
