Operator on Automated Production Line - Glass

About the role

The Operator on the automated production line is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a glass syringe manufacturing line. Working with modern automated equipment in a controlled environment, you will ensure production runs smoothly while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control the automated production line throughout the manufacturing process.
• Observe machine performance, verify production parameters, and respond to alarms or deviations.
• Identify causes of stoppages, defects, or irregularities and take corrective actions according to procedures.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the line leader, supervisor, or maintenance team.
• Track product quality, perform inspections, and follow GMP documentation requirements.
• Maintain accurate production records, logs, and shift handovers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental rules in the production area.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a machine or production operator, preferably with automated lines.
• Basic understanding of machine processes and ability to recognize alarms and deviations.
• Capability to maintain set production parameters and independently detect problems.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Technical secondary education is a plus.
• Attention to detail, responsibility, teamwork, and flexibility for shift work.
