About the role

Flex Groupation is expanding its finance team and seeks an Authorized Accountant to join a dynamic, stable environment in Skopje. You will be responsible for accurate bookkeeping, tax compliance, and financial reporting, supporting the company’s growth and regulatory obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify, process and record incoming and outgoing accounting documents.
• Record and reconcile cash and foreign‑currency bank statements.
• Control treasury operations and prepare electronic payment documents (E‑PDD).
• Prepare, verify and submit VAT returns.
• Calculate and record personal income tax and withholding tax.
• Reconcile supplier and buyer card transactions.
• Prepare and deliver reports to the State Revenue Agency, National Bank, Statistical Office and other authorities.
• Participate in the preparation of annual accounts and periodic financial statements.
• Monitor and apply legal and internal accounting and tax procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Higher education (VSS) in economics, finance or a related field.
• Minimum three years of relevant accounting experience.
• Authorized accountant license issued by ISOS.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience in a bank, financial institution or similar environment.
• Familiarity with accounting and financial software solutions.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Proficiency with accounting software.
