Paid Media Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns for a portfolio of client accounts across Google Ads, Meta and Bing. The role is hands‑on, requiring you to build, launch and continuously improve campaigns while safeguarding client budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta and Bing.
• Audit existing accounts to identify wasteful spend and implement corrective actions.
• Interpret performance data and make precise, data‑driven adjustments.
• Manage budgets across multiple accounts, adjusting pacing as performance shifts.
• Handle multi‑location campaign structures, including bulk changes.
• Respond quickly to urgent issues, pausing or correcting live campaigns as needed.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking and attribution data.
• Communicate performance insights and recommendations clearly to internal teams and clients.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience managing paid campaigns with direct client‑budget responsibility.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, including campaign setup, bidding and negative keyword management.
• Ability to audit unfamiliar accounts, diagnose issues and explain fixes.
• Working knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution, with judgment to assess data reliability.
• Comfortable making budget decisions independently and owning outcomes.
• Available to work 2 pm–10 pm CET.
• Strong spoken and written English; German is a plus.
