Paid Search (SEA) Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Paid Search (SEA) Consultant to join our growth‑invention team. You will set up, manage and optimise paid search and shopping campaigns for our international clients, acting as a trusted business partner.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multi‑market paid search and shopping campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Conduct keyword research, analyse data and continuously optimise campaigns.
• Leverage automation and AI tools to improve performance.
• Monitor performance, produce regular reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with client goals.
• Perform technical, content and authority analyses and set up implementation plans.
• Respond to internal and external client briefs and maintain direct communication.
• Report on activity on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing and optimising paid search & shopping campaigns, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong analytical abilities and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent client communication and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail, strong time‑management and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and immediate availability to work from the Skopje office.
