Privacy Operations Administrator

About the role

Join a global data privacy and AI governance consultancy as a Privacy Operations Administrator. You will support clients across more than 100 countries by managing privacy assessments, reporting, and cookie compliance audits, all while working remotely from North Macedonia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and distribute Data Mapping Assessments using OneTrust.
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely completion and verify accuracy of assessment responses.
• Organize privacy and compliance data in Microsoft Excel and prepare professional client reports.
• Create dashboards to monitor assessment progress and project milestones.
• Conduct cookie audits on client websites, document findings, and validate against compliance standards.
• Communicate task updates to internal and external stakeholders and track project timelines.
• Maintain accurate client records, audit trails, and documentation for transparent privacy operations.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional experience in privacy, compliance, or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with OneTrust or similar privacy‑management platforms.
• Knowledge of GDPR or other data‑privacy frameworks.
