About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Agent to promote and sell our convergent and sophisticated digital solutions in Tetovo. The role involves building strong relationships with existing and potential customers and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Sell a range of digital solutions and products to customers.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with current and prospective users.
• Identify individual customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Promote ongoing promotions and product offers.
• Practice active listening to understand and fulfill customer requirements.

Required profile

• Strong orientation towards sales and achieving results.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative.
• Excellent communication and sales skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Fluency in Albanian language.
