Product & Field Manager – Pharmaceutical

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product & Field Manager to join a growing regional pharmaceutical company operating in North Macedonia. The role blends product management, portfolio development, and active field work, focusing on building strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement product/brand strategies for innovative medicines in respiratory, specialty care, and orphan/rare disease markets.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and therapeutic developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and execute marketing and commercial activities, including new product launches.
• Collect and analyse field data, translating insights into actionable proposals.
• Prepare presentations, reports, marketing plans, and promotional materials.
• Conduct regular professional visits to HCPs, promote products according to approved materials, and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Participate in congresses, professional meetings, and other promotional events.

Required profile

• University degree in Pharmacy or Medicine (MD).
• Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: Product Management, Brand Management, Pharmaceutical Sales/Medical Representative, or Commercial/Marketing roles.
