Product Lifecycle Lead Operations

About the role

The Product Lifecycle Lead Operations will drive the end‑to‑end manufacturing process for medical devices, ensuring alignment with Gerresheimer’s strategic goals and customer expectations. This role acts as a bridge between production, quality, and supply chain to deliver efficient, cost‑effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the introduction and execution of manufacturing processes for new medical device products.
• Collaborate with production, quality control, and supply chain teams to synchronize activities and meet delivery timelines.
• Monitor operational performance, identify cost‑reduction opportunities and drive efficiency improvements across the product lifecycle.
• Lead multi‑disciplinary teams on initiatives related to process optimization and lifecycle management.
• Prepare and present KPI reports and analytical insights to senior management and customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment, preferably in medical device or pharmaceutical packaging.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and deliver projects on time.
