Product Owner

About the role

Avenga is an international engineering firm helping businesses operate with AI at the core. As a Product Owner you will lead the development and evolution of Service Assurance platforms, translating operational needs into clear product requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the evolution of Service Assurance platforms and processes
• Improve SLA visibility, service performance, and operational efficiency
• Turn customer and operational feedback into actionable product improvements
• Enable faster and more effective incident response and resolution
• Ensure service monitoring and reporting meet regulatory requirements
• Support the delivery of scalable, customer‑focused Service Assurance solutions

Required profile

• Product ownership and backlog management for Service Assurance systems
• Strong knowledge of user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog prioritization
• Experience with service assurance tools such as fault management, performance monitoring, service quality, and ticketing
• Ability to translate operational needs into clear product requirements
• Stakeholder management across development, NOC, and field service teams
• Understanding of telecom service monitoring, SLA management, and compliance requirements
