Production Line Supervisor

About the role

The Production Line Supervisor organizes and oversees the machining production process, ensuring that output meets quality, schedule, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute production orders by assigning tasks to operators and machines.
• Distribute work through adjusters/programmers or directly to staff.
• Assist in machine setup, trial part production, and tool issuance.
• Monitor operator performance, resolve work‑related issues, and report technical documentation gaps.
• Inspect machines, detect and report equipment faults, and coordinate maintenance.
• Maintain equipment and tools, prepare monthly H&T equipment plans.
• Ensure product quality and timely delivery according to business goals.
• Uphold workplace order, hygiene, and safety standards, including proper use of protective gear.
• Apply Wabtec Quality & Performance System (QPS) and ISO 9001 procedures, conduct TPM and 5S checks.
• Continuously improve skills through training and mentor new hires or interns.

Required profile

• Technical education as a machine technician, electro‑technician, or equivalent with relevant training.
• Fluency in Macedonian (mandatory).
• Minimum two years of experience operating CNC machines is preferred.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and ability to adapt to new technologies and procedures.
