Production Supervisor – Industrial Plant

About the role

The Production Supervisor will lead day‑to‑day operations at the Kumanovo plant, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and efficiency. The role combines operational leadership with a hands‑on presence on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily production activities, plan and monitor output against project schedules.
• Lead and coordinate the local team, fostering a focus on quality, safety and efficiency.
• Maintain a regular presence on the production floor, overseeing processes, equipment and team performance.
• Coordinate with construction sites to meet their material and timing requirements.
• Monitor performance, identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Quality, Technical Support and Maintenance functions.
• Manage resources including personnel, machinery and raw materials.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, health, safety and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience with precast products, construction materials or heavy industry is a plus.
• Hands‑on approach with willingness to work on the production floor.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to work in Kumanovo full‑time.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Experience using production planning tools.
