About the role

The company is looking for a motivated professional to drive sales and provide excellent service in an auto‑parts store. You will interact directly with customers, understand their vehicle needs, and recommend the best parts solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and offer the most suitable alternatives.
• Support store operations to meet sales targets, including merchandise placement on the sales floor and in trucks.
• Handle excess product, create planograms, and perform scanning tasks.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, cleaning, labeling, and front‑facing of products.
• Greet customers, provide assistance, and guide them through available options.
• Conduct consultative sales at the counter and via phone, using the ZNET system.
• Process cash transactions, follow cash‑handling policies, and manage returns.

Required profile

• High‑school diploma completed.
• Technical or mechanical automotive studies are desirable.
• Previous experience in mechanics, auto‑parts stores, or commercial advising.
• Availability for a rotating schedule from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through Sunday.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the ZNET retail system.
