Project Manager (Asana / AI Automation expert)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Project Manager to oversee company-wide operations for a US partner. The role focuses on managing task systems, workflow execution, and cross‑department accountability using Asana.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize Asana project structures, workflows, templates, and automations.
• Monitor task progress, enforce deadlines, audit projects for overdue items, and follow up with owners.
• Coordinate cross‑functional deliverables, clarify responsibilities, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Maintain Asana dashboards and reporting views for leadership visibility.
• Support creation and maintenance of SOPs and continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management, operations, or workflow management.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects remotely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Asana (2+ years preferred)
• AI tools and automation (including vibe coding)
• Building templates, dashboards, and implementing rules/automations in Asana
