Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead high‑impact A/B testing initiatives for our clients. Working remotely from Skopje, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams, shape testing roadmaps, and act as the main point of contact for both clients and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate teams of 5‑10 members across research, design, development, QA, analytics and client sides, ensuring smooth progression from idea to launch and analysis.
• Develop and maintain a testing roadmap of 10‑20 upcoming experiments, communicate the rationale, set expectations and present results in weekly client meetings.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, providing clarity, positivity and momentum, and keeping teams focused during busy or complex periods.

• Strong organizational habits – you rely on systems, checklists and timelines to keep work on track.
• Excellent over‑communication – you proactively reach out, flag risks early and ask for help when needed.
• High agency and curiosity – you learn quickly, enjoy technology and design, and ask insightful questions.
