Project Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a hands‑on Project Manager who thrives on turning ideas into action and keeping people moving in the same direction. You’ll lead projects from planning through to delivery, bringing together cross‑functional teams, managing timelines, risks, and dependencies, and ensuring everyone has the clarity they need to succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the project life‑cycle, from planning and resource allocation to implementation and deployment for internal initiatives and client‑facing projects.
• Define project scope, goals, milestones and deliverables, develop detailed project plans and manage resource allocations.
• Assemble and lead cross‑functional teams, keeping all parties aligned, accountable and on schedule.
• Identify, record and mitigate risks and dependencies to protect on‑time delivery, quality and budget.
• Prepare status reports, communicate progress to stakeholders and ensure final deliverables meet quality standards and receive sponsor acceptance.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organisational abilities, clear written and verbal communication and the capacity to track dependencies across teams.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of project‑management platforms such as Jira, Asana and Trello.
