Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead technical, IT and cross‑departmental initiatives from start to finish. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and on budget while acting as the bridge between business and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead company‑wide projects, setting clear milestones, objectives and timelines.
• Monitor progress, manage issues, dependencies and risks, and report to internal stakeholders or steering committees.
• Coordinate internal project teams, third‑party contractors and consultants to achieve successful delivery.
• Communicate recommendations to influence decision‑making and maintain project momentum.
• Align projects with current and future business goals and technical challenges.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing complex technical projects.
• Strong business and technical understanding, preferably with a background in software development processes.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams using Waterfall or Agile methodologies.
• Very good command of written and spoken English.

• Methodologies: Waterfall, Agile.
• Technical knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
