Project Manager – LCM

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the lifecycle management (LCM) of our electrical home appliance portfolio. In this role you will coordinate product development, manufacturing and innovation activities to ensure high standards of design, quality and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor LCM projects from concept through production launch.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including engineering, design, supply chain and quality to align project goals.
• Manage timelines, budgets and resources, ensuring compliance with regulatory and sustainability requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the product lifecycle.
• Report progress to senior management and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management within the manufacturing or consumer‑electronics sector.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work in an agile, international environment.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management tools.
• Knowledge of quality standards and sustainability practices in appliance manufacturing.
