Quality Engineer – PCB Production

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our PCB production facility in Skopje. The role involves ensuring that printed circuit boards meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Assess product quality using measurements taken during production.
• Compare identified non‑conformities with IPC standards and decide on corrective actions.
• Determine and implement corrective measures for defects occurring in production.
• Conduct statistical analysis to identify root causes of product defects.
• Process customer claims related to product quality.
• Collaborate with department managers to resolve non‑conforming products.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant engineering field (e.g., Technology and Metallurgy, Materials Engineering, Nanotechnology, or similar).
• Strong command of English.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of IPC standards.
