Renewal Sales Representative

About the role

As a Renewal Sales Representative you will be responsible for securing contract renewals from existing customers of a leading Cloud Email Security provider in Europe. You will work closely with distributors, partners and internal teams to ensure a smooth renewal process and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customers whose contracts are due for renewal and proactively contact them.
• Collaborate with distributors and partners to follow up on pending renewals.
• Prepare and deliver renewal quotes.
• Answer incoming queries from customers and partners.
• Achieve renewal targets and report on activity and renewal rates.
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English; additional language (e.g., German) is a plus.
• First experience in a similar sales or customer‑service role.
• Comfortable making a high volume of phone calls daily.
• Strong organizational skills and flexibility to work different shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using a CRM tool (preferred).
