About the role

The Sales Representative will support daily floor operations in an AutoZone store, ensuring product placement, inventory accuracy, and excellent customer service to meet operational and commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange merchandise on the sales floor, including excess stock and truck deliveries, following store guidelines.
• Execute correct planograms, scan items for inventory counts, and apply proper fronting and labeling.
• Participate in opening and closing tasks, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure product presentation standards.
• Assist customers by answering questions about product location, features, pricing, and provide phone support for product inquiries and orders.
• Handle cash and card transactions at the register, process returns, and follow cash handling policies.

Required profile

• Completed high school education.
• Previous experience as a storekeeper, cashier, or general assistant.
• Preferable experience in customer service.
