About the role

The Sales Representative supports daily floor operations in an AutoZone store, ensuring that sales processes, merchandise arrangement, and customer service standards are met to achieve the store’s operational and commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the sales floor by organizing merchandise, handling excess stock and deliveries according to store guidelines.
• Implement correct planograms and scan items for inventory counts.
• Perform product fronting, labeling, and classification, and assist with opening, closing, and cleaning tasks.
• Assist customers in‑store and by phone, providing product location, specifications, pricing, and answering queries to drive sales.
• Handle cash and card transactions, process returns, and follow cash handling policies.

Required profile

• Completed high school education.
• Previous experience as a storekeeper, cashier, or general helper.
• Preferable experience in customer service.
