Research Software Developer

About the role

As a Full Stack Developer in the R&D team, you will design and build high‑quality prototypes and proof‑of‑concepts focused on Microsoft 365 and cybersecurity. Working closely with the Head of R&D, you will turn abstract ideas into secure, production‑ready implementations that de‑risk technical decisions and accelerate product innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement industry‑grade prototypes using C#/.NET and modern front‑end technologies.
• Develop full‑stack solutions that integrate deeply with Microsoft 365 services such as Graph API, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams and Entra ID.
• Apply security‑by‑design principles throughout architecture and code.
• Explore new Microsoft 365 features, evaluate their security implications and product potential.
• Provide hands‑on technical input and recommendations to the Head of R&D.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET.
• Hands‑on experience integrating with Microsoft 365 services.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 security concepts, including identity & access management, permissions, consent models and secure API access (OAuth2).
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Security‑aware mindset with a strong interest in cloud and SaaS security.
