Sales Officer

About the role

Delight Office Solution is seeking a proactive Sales Officer to drive B2B business development in Skopje. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building relationships with investors, architects, design studios and corporate clients, and managing the full sales cycle for workplace solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively prospect and develop new business opportunities in the office‑furniture and fit‑out market.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, architectural firms, interior designers, real‑estate agencies and corporate clients.
• Manage the entire sales process from needs assessment through negotiation and contract signing.
• Translate client workplace and real‑estate requirements into tailored solutions and prepare compelling proposals.
• Lead presentations, negotiations and maintain client relationships throughout project delivery.
• Collaborate with design, project management and implementation teams to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor market trends, identify emerging opportunities and develop long‑term partnerships with key decision‑makers.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in office furniture, fit‑out, architecture, interior design, construction or commercial real‑estate.
• Established network of contacts among investors, architects, design studios, real‑estate agencies or corporate clients.
• Proven ability to independently manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Commercial mindset with a results‑oriented, proactive and organized approach.
• Fluent in Macedonian and English.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
