Sales Representative – Europe (Hybrid)

About the role

EaseAccess24 is looking for its first dedicated salesperson to own the full European sales cycle. You will prospect, qualify and close new business across Europe while also helping to build a partnerships channel that complements direct sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own pipeline: identify, qualify and close new accounts throughout Europe.
• Leverage inbound leads generated by outbound partners and internal marketing.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with customers and partners.
• Build and expand a reseller/association partnership channel alongside core sales activities.
• Report directly to the co‑founders, enjoying full autonomy and decision‑making power.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience with measurable results.
• Fluent English – the primary working language across all markets.
• Comfortable working independently and thriving in an early‑stage, fast‑moving environment.
• Hunter mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools used in daily sales workflows.
