Sales Representative – Store Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Representative to support daily floor operations in our AutoZone store. The role combines merchandising, customer service and cash‑handling responsibilities to ensure a smooth shopping experience and meet store performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange merchandise on the sales floor, manage excess stock and follow planogram guidelines.
• Scan items for inventory counts and apply proper labeling and front‑facing.
• Assist customers in locating products, answering product‑specific questions and providing price information.
• Handle telephone inquiries related to product details or order status.
• Operate the cash register, process cash and card payments, and manage returns according to store policy.
• Participate in opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and store presentation tasks.

Required profile

• Completed high school education.
• Previous experience as a store associate, cashier or general helper.
• Customer‑service experience is desirable.
