Sales Support Assistant

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage sample orders in SAP HANA with accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle sales orders and monitor EDI transactions, resolving any errors.
• Prepare and issue customer quotations based on approved pricing.
• Maintain sales forecasts in customer portals for demand planning.
• Collaborate closely with Business Development Associates and Sales Operations teams.
• Support day‑to‑day sales administration and payment collection activities.
• Prepare reports, customer visit reports, presentations, and other sales materials.
• Participate in customer visits as required.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in sales support or sales administration.
• Background as a back‑office Sales Assistant.
• Experience with purchase orders, invoicing, and stock control.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.

Required skills

• SAP HANA (or SAP S/4HANA) proficiency.
• Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft Word.
• Microsoft Outlook.
