Senior Agile Coach

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Agile Coach to drive agile transformation, foster high‑performing squads and enable value delivery across the organization at our Skopje office.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic objectives into actionable agile delivery practices and facilitate quarterly planning events (PI Planning, QBRs).
• Coach teams and leadership on backlog alignment, agile maturity assessments and continuous improvement roadmaps.
• Plan and facilitate scaled agile ceremonies, track dependencies, risks and impediments at the IT Area level.
• Identify and resolve systemic blockers, improve flow using cycle‑time, throughput and WIP limits, and support release cadence alignment.
• Facilitate core agile ceremonies, coach Product Owners on backlog readiness and proactively remove impediments.
• Ensure visibility of progress through dashboards, metrics and visual management tools, and support OKR definition and tracking.
• Lead implementation of Agile and Lean frameworks, deliver internal training, and promote a culture of autonomy and continuous learning.

• Strategic thinking aligned with enterprise goals and proven change‑leadership experience.
• Resilience, adaptability and a growth mindset.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and Lean principles.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps or Jira for metrics and flow analysis.
• Proficiency with digital facilitation tools such as Mural, Miro and Conceptboard.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred) and familiarity with Design Thinking (advantage).
