Senior AI/ML Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer who will own the full development lifecycle of enterprise‑grade AI solutions. You will translate client business problems into robust AI products, lead technical delivery from proof‑of‑concept to production, and collaborate with experts for validation and review.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to define AI solutions, explain capabilities and limits, and report progress.
• Support pre‑sales activities and proposal development for new AI engagements.
• Lead and mentor AI engineers, set tasks, review work, and ensure quality delivery.
• Design end‑to‑end AI experiences, including model selection, deployment patterns, and infrastructure.
• Architect and build Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines: chunking, embedding selection, retrieval, hybrid search, re‑ranking, and evaluation.
• Develop multi‑step, agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent technologies.
• Deploy solutions on hyperscaler AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or Kubernetes‑based environments.
• Implement production‑grade concerns: observability, safety, bias handling, security, and cost control.
• Write production code yourself and leverage AI development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software or AI engineering experience with hands‑on delivery of production AI/LLM systems.
• Deep expertise in RAG techniques, vector databases, and evaluation frameworks.
• Strong background in agentic or multi‑step LLM workflows and tool/API integration.
• Proficiency in at least one production language (Python.NET/C#, Java, Node.js/TypeScript).
• Experience deploying AI workloads on at least one major hyperscaler platform.
• Solid understanding of observability, safety, security, and cost‑management for AI services.
• Daily fluency with AI development assistants and proven ability to take solutions from idea to production independently.
• Excellent client‑facing and team communication skills.
