Senior Builder (backend-leaning)

About the role

Reesure is building an AI‑native platform that automates the entire rent cycle for landlords and property managers. As a Senior Builder you will own the design and delivery of critical backend processes that run unattended, ensuring they are reliable, compliant and scalable.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scheduled jobs that process leases, payments and arrears daily.
• Develop sync engines that keep property‑management systems (e.g., Yardi) in continuous alignment with Reesure’s data.
• Build reconciliation logic to match incoming payments to the correct lease and period.
• Create and maintain the recovery engine that drives case workflows, reminders and escalation protocols while respecting statutory regulations.
• Implement payment‑plan management, compliance tracking and automatic recalculation for missed installments.
• Collaborate with the Technical Lead on architecture and with the senior builder responsible for UX and product quality.

Required profile

• Several years of experience building robust backend systems and services.
• Strong understanding of process‑driven, high‑volume, mission‑critical applications.
• Ability to work in a small, fast‑moving team and take ownership of end‑to‑end delivery.
• Familiarity with regulated domains (e.g., debt‑recovery) and the need for deterministic guardrails.
• Full‑stack mindset with a clear bias toward backend engineering.
