Senior Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Cylindo is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager who can translate product capabilities into compelling stories that drive demand and accelerate sales. You will own the messaging, positioning, and enablement assets that help the sales team win with eCommerce and digital‑marketing leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Craft and refine product positioning and messaging that resonates with eCommerce and digital‑marketing audiences.
• Build and maintain competitive analysis, battle cards, and “take‑out” materials; serve as the Klue admin.
• Develop demo scripts, product narratives, and sales talk tracks.
• Own and execute go‑to‑market strategies for new features and major releases.
• Partner with product, sales, customer success, and demand‑generation teams to launch features.
• Conduct market, buyer, and competitor research to inform messaging and sales strategy.
• Manage the customer‑story program, identifying gaps and creating success stories.
• Provide sales‑enablement training, content, and tools throughout the buyer journey.
• Support post‑sale adoption and expansion with targeted messaging and use‑case storytelling.
• Measure impact of product‑marketing initiatives and iterate based on performance data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of product‑marketing experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in eCommerce.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with strong storytelling ability.
• Proven track record creating sales‑enablement content and competitive‑intel assets.
• Familiarity with the enterprise buyer journey and supporting sales teams.

Required skills

• Experience with Consensus or similar demo‑automation platforms (plus).
• Administration of Klue competitive‑intelligence software.
