Senior Production Engineer

About the role

RLDatix is looking for a Senior Production Engineer to join its Skopje team. You will design, build and operate highly reliable cloud infrastructure that powers critical healthcare software, ensuring continuous, secure delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain AWS‑based infrastructure and Kubernetes (EKS) clusters for scalable, secure production environments.
• Develop and optimise CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure‑as‑code using Terraform and related tooling.
• Troubleshoot complex distributed systems, respond to production incidents and drive root‑cause analysis.
• Implement observability solutions (monitoring, logging, tracing) to detect issues proactively.
• Collaborate with engineering, security and product teams to improve platform reliability, performance and compliance.

Required profile

• 6–9 years of experience in Production Engineering, SRE or DevOps within cloud environments.
• Proven track record of maintaining and improving reliability of distributed systems.
• Experience working in regulated, healthcare‑focused settings is a plus.
• Willingness to work from the Skopje office in a hybrid model.
