Senior Project Manager – AI Feature Delivery

About the role

Avenga is looking for a Senior Project Manager to own the end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑driven features. You will lead multidisciplinary Front End and Agentic Feature sub‑teams, ensuring that AI concepts move smoothly from design through deployment and operational hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain delivery plans, priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks and roadmaps for AI features.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities across software engineering, data science, QA, UX and business stakeholders.
• Manage team capacity, resource allocation and sprint commitments to guarantee predictable delivery.
• Drive delivery quality, transparency and accountability while removing blockers.
• Oversee production hyper‑care phases, incident management and SLA adherence.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience delivering complex software, digital or AI‑enabled initiatives.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams on AI, automation or conversational platform solutions.
• Experience in enterprise‑scale, Agile delivery environments and managing multiple engineering workstreams.
• Strong background in risk management, stakeholder governance, resource planning and delivery reporting.
