Service Commercial Coordinator

About the role

Emapta is recruiting a Service Commercial Coordinator for its client, a UK-based specialist in automatic entrance solutions supplying door systems, components and technical support nationwide. The role strengthens the link between service delivery and commercial performance by supporting UK engineering operations through invoice processing, service verification, client portal updates and timesheet administration. It is a day-shift, weekend-off position based onsite at the Business Center in Manhattan Kapistec, Skopje.

Key responsibilities

• Review, close and verify all service visits and update their status in the internal system
• Calculate costs and submit completed jobs for invoicing in the required format
• Handle invoice-related queries and resolve issues that delay invoice processing
• Record completed jobs accurately and submit them through the relevant client web portals
• Process and verify engineers' weekly timesheets before submission to payroll
• Answer telephone and email enquiries from clients and internal teams
• Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the ISO Business Management System

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in invoicing preferred
• Ability to make independent decisions with confidence and sound judgment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Works independently, takes initiative, prioritises tasks and manages workloads
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with stakeholders at all levels

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel
