Site Project Manager

About the role

The Site Project Manager ensures that project management processes are applied effectively across all orders, driving profitability, contractual compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction. This role coordinates project managers, balances workloads, and resolves priority conflicts while maintaining strong interfaces with internal functions and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the effectiveness of project management processes for the entire project portfolio.
• Assign project managers to orders based on workload, skills, and experience.
• Resolve priority conflicts and manage local resource allocation.
• Supervise order execution, intervene to resolve problems, and remove blockers.
• Conduct periodic Site Project Review meetings and manage Group Project Reviews.
• Serve as escalation point for other sites and maintain contact with PM directors across the group.
• Manage the Project Management department budget, KPIs, and overall project expenditure forecasts.
• Validate external quotations and enforce quality and safety standards.
• Attend operational, S&OP, inventory, budget, and PM community meetings as needed.
