Software Engineer (C/C++) – Email Security

About the role

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our Filtering Technologies team within the Security Lab. You will help evolve our high‑performance email filter and the Global Network Intelligence platform that protect millions of mailboxes worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the Hornet email filter and its surrounding ecosystem.
• Contribute to the GNI data platform that ingests and processes billions of security events.
• Implement unit, functional, security, and performance tests and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Containerize applications and collaborate with DevOps for production deployment.
• Participate in code reviews and work closely with cross‑functional teams (Product, IT, DevOps).

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in C/C++ (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
• Solid knowledge of Git and Linux environments.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and an autonomous, rigorous work approach.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to learn new languages (Go, Python) and adapt to AI‑driven security challenges.
