Station Agent

About the role

Turkish Airlines is looking for enthusiastic Station Agents to join its airport team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for passengers, ensuring a smooth and pleasant travel experience while supporting flight operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome arriving passengers and coordinate communication between crew, handling agents, catering, cleaning, ATC, customs and immigration.
• Prepare and verify all required flight documentation and place daily catering orders.
• Maintain accurate flight records, file post‑flight documents and perform statistical analysis of flight coupons.
• Assist with lost‑baggage cases, liaising with handling agents and managing compensation processes.

Required profile

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree.
• Permanent residence permit for the country of employment.
• At least 1 year experience in civil aviation or tourism.
• Ability to work under pressure, in shifts including nights.
• Strong teamwork attitude and capacity to work independently.
• Excellent English and proficiency in the local language.
