Supervisor Production Glass

About the role

The Supervisor Production Glass will lead the operational glass manufacturing area, ensuring production targets for cost, quality and delivery are met. This role combines people leadership with continuous process improvement in a highly standardized environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive day‑to‑day production performance, monitor KPIs and visualise results at shift level through boards, KPI reviews and daily meetings.
• Collaborate with process‑optimization teams to enhance quality and productivity.
• Lead, coach and develop the production team, manage staffing according to skills, conduct performance reviews and handle absence and return‑to‑work discussions.
• Participate in strategic and operational planning for KST, CAPEX and personnel budgeting, and support standardisation and investment projects.
• Act as the contact point for internal and external audits and complaints, analyse defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities together with SCM, Facility Management and Maintenance departments.

Required profile

• Technical secondary or higher education (engineering, industrial production, mechanical or electrical engineering).
• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a production environment.
