Supervisor Production Glass

About the role

The Glass Production Supervisor will lead the operational manufacturing of glass components for pharmaceutical packaging. You will ensure that production meets cost, quality and delivery targets while driving continuous improvement in a highly standardized environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily glass production to achieve quality, cost and schedule goals.
• Monitor, analyse and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and visualise results on shift boards.
• Collaborate with process‑optimization teams to raise quality and productivity.
• Lead, coach and develop the production team, manage staffing according to skills and conduct performance reviews.
• Participate in strategic and operational planning for KST, CAPEX and personnel budgeting.
• Support standardisation projects and investment initiatives.
• Act as contact for internal and external audits, handle complaints and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Plan maintenance and repair activities together with SCM, Facility Management and Maintenance departments.

Required profile

• Technical higher or secondary education (engineering, industrial production, mechanical, electrical or related fields).
• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a manufacturing environment.
