Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring managers and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. In this role you will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and selection criteria.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, social media, Slack and other professional networks.
• Draft and publish clear job descriptions that reflect each role’s requirements.
• Screen CVs, portfolios and references to compile shortlists of top candidates.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to expand the talent pool.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with past and potential candidates.
• Manage candidate pools to keep qualified talent engaged for current and future opportunities.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar recruiting role.
• Proven ability to use talent‑sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub and Slack.
• Experience managing full‑cycle recruitment with various interview and evaluation techniques.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Strong networking and head‑hunting capabilities.
• Effective presentation and communication skills.
