Talent Operations & Campaign Coordinator (Freelance)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Operations & Campaign Coordinator to act as the operational backbone for influencer seeding campaigns. In this freelance position you will own end‑to‑end campaign coordination, maintain real‑time data tracking, and build genuine relationships with creators for top global brands.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee active campaign channels, ensure clear communication across concurrent projects, and provide visibility for cross‑functional teams.
• Administer master campaign sheets in real time, logging creator details, logistics, status updates, and opt‑outs while maintaining strict formatting standards.
• Manage creator and agent communications, from initial outreach to query resolution and proactive shipping/delivery tracking.
• Identify and escalate campaign bottlenecks early, contribute ideas to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of operational or project‑support experience, preferably in an agency, B2C e‑commerce, PR, or marketing environment.
• Familiarity with influencer seeding, PR gifting, or high‑volume email communications and spreadsheet management is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational ability with high attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
