Telesales Specialist - Business Client Advisor

About the role

ProCredit Bank Macedonia, part of the ProCredit Group and focused on MSME and retail clients, is expanding its team and looking for a motivated, client-focused Business Client Advisor. You will build long-term relationships with business clients in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business clients through proactive outreach, networking, referrals and market research.
• Lead online meetings with business owners and decision-makers, presenting tailored financial solutions.
• Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, negotiate terms and close new business.
• Analyze client financials and recommend products that support growth and working-capital needs.
• Manage your sales pipeline, track performance and share market insights with senior management.
• Represent the bank at industry events and business forums to strengthen its presence and generate new opportunities.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in banking or financial services.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A professional, client-centred mindset.
• Drive to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
