Territory B2C Supervisor

About the role

As a Territory B2C Supervisor you will lead the execution of consumer‑focused sales strategies across the Skopje region. You will coordinate external B2C teams, work closely with retail partners and internal stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of acquisition, conversion and retention targets.

Key responsibilities

• Implement regional B2C activation plans, translating strategic priorities into field activities.
• Monitor territory performance, track key metrics and take corrective actions to meet targets.
• Coordinate and motivate third‑party B2C teams, handling recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management.
• Ensure consistent execution of activation activities, compliance with commercial standards and effective route planning.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide tools, systems and training needed for successful execution.
• Uphold consumer‑experience standards and ensure all activities align with legal and corporate requirements.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree a plus).
• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Experience in B2C sales and multi‑channel distribution (KA, GT, HoReCa, etc.).
• Proficiency in English and the local language.
• Valid driving licence with at least 2 years of active driving experience.

Required skills

• Advanced skills in MS Office.
