Territory B2C Supervisor

About the role

As a Territory B2C Supervisor you will lead the execution of B2C strategies across the assigned region, driving consumer acquisition and engagement within the retail channel. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to grow the business and ensure a consistent, high‑quality consumer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Implement regional B2C activation plans, translating strategic priorities into effective field activities and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
• Monitor territory performance, coordinate external consumer‑facing teams, track key metrics and take corrective actions to meet acquisition, conversion, retention and engagement targets.
• Ensure consistent execution of activation activities, compliance with commercial standards, effective route planning and collaboration with retail partners.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to equip B2C teams with the necessary tools, systems, training and support.
• Lead, mentor and develop third‑party B2C teams through recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management.
• Uphold consumer‑experience standards, promote benefit‑led conversations and ensure all activities comply with legal and corporate requirements.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree a plus).
• Minimum 2 years of field‑sales experience.
• Experience in B2C sales and across multiple channels (KA, GT, HoReCa) preferred.
• Team‑leadership abilities and background in the FMCG sector.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Valid driving licence with at least 2 years of active driving experience.
