Transformation Manager

About the role

As a Transformation Manager you will drive A1 Macedonia's strategic transformation agenda, turning business priorities into measurable results. You will act as the bridge between strategy and execution, partnering with business leaders and executive management to accelerate change, adopt emerging technologies and deliver sustainable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic transformation initiatives from planning through implementation, monitoring progress, risks, dependencies and outcomes.
• Drive governance processes, reporting and decision‑making forums to ensure delivery of agreed objectives and benefits.
• Lead process redesign and optimisation, identifying AI adoption, automation, digitalisation and simplification opportunities.
• Facilitate cross‑functional workshops to redesign ways of working and improve customer and employee experience.
• Support business teams in identifying and scaling AI‑driven use cases.
• Coordinate initiative owners and key stakeholders, preparing executive presentations, performance reviews and portfolio updates.
• Drive accountability, transparency and execution discipline across the portfolio.
• Track KPIs, milestones and benefits against business cases, maintaining transformation dashboards and reporting.
• Recommend corrective actions when initiatives deviate from targets.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, IT or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in transformation, project/program management, process improvement or digital transformation.
• Understanding of AI, automation, digital technologies and their business application.
• Proven experience leading complex cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder‑management, communication and facilitation skills.
• Strong ownership, execution focus and results orientation.
