Transformation Manager

About the role

As a Transformation Manager you will drive A1 Macedonia’s strategic transformation agenda, turning business priorities into measurable results. You will act as the link between strategy and execution, working closely with business leaders and executive management to accelerate transformation, leverage emerging technologies and deliver sustainable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic transformation initiatives from planning through implementation, monitoring progress, risks, dependencies and business outcomes.
• Drive governance processes, reporting and decision‑making forums to ensure delivery of agreed objectives and benefits.
• Lead process redesign and optimisation, identify AI, automation and digitalisation opportunities, and facilitate cross‑functional workshops.
• Support business teams in scaling AI‑driven use cases and improve customer and employee experience.
• Coordinate initiative owners and stakeholders, prepare executive presentations, performance reviews and portfolio updates.
• Track KPIs, milestones and benefits against business cases, maintain transformation dashboards and recommend corrective actions when needed.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, IT or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in transformation, project/program management, process improvement or digital transformation.
• Understanding of AI, automation and digital technologies and their business application.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross‑functional initiatives with strong analytical and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strong ownership, execution focus and results orientation.
