Transport Specialist

About the role

The Transport Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Skopje. You will coordinate daily transport operations, plan routes, schedule shipments and monitor deliveries across road, sea and air. The role also involves tracking cargo status, resolving issues and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan optimal routes and schedule shipments for road, ocean and air transport.
• Monitor delivery progress, track cargo status and resolve transport‑related problems.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff, drivers, carriers and customers to maintain accurate documentation.
• Control transport costs and optimise transit times.
• Analyse performance data, update transport management systems and support continuous improvement of logistics processes.

Required profile

• Strong transportation planning and management abilities.
• Analytical skills to interpret data, monitor KPIs and optimise routes.
• Effective communication skills for coordination with internal teams, partners and customers.
• Operations management experience to oversee day‑to‑day transport activities.
• Relevant vocational training or a degree in logistics, transportation, business or a related field is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Transport Management Systems (TMS).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
