UX/UI Designer (HMI experience)

About the role

Appsfactory, a full-service digital agency and part of the Appsfactory Group (which also includes the design agency Edenspiekermann), is setting up its team in Skopje and is looking for a UX/UI Designer. You will join the design teams in Germany and create visually strong, highly functional digital products with intuitive operation and outstanding design, from the first idea to the final interface.

Key responsibilities

• Create innovative, detailed UX/UI concepts, including User Flows, Wireframes, Layouts and Screen Designs
• Collaborate on and further develop existing Design Systems
• Work on diverse projects for well-known clients, from initial sketches to final implementation
• Present your concepts and designs independently

Required profile

• Located in Skopje
• First contact with HMI (human-machine interface) projects
• Initial professional experience in UX/UI design, good sense of form, colour and typography
• Knowledge of basic UX methodologies and ability to grasp the basics of a Design System
• Ability to collaborate with developers in agile processes
• Minimum English at B2 level

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of Figma and initial experience with prototyping and design tools
• Conceptual thinking, proactive and creative approach, teamwork
