Vendor and Licensing Analyst (IT Asset Management)

About the role

Leadout Solutions helps large international organisations bring clarity to complex IT and vendor ecosystems through software asset management, vendor management and IT cost optimisation. It is headquartered in Belgium and has a team in Skopje, North Macedonia. The company is looking for an IT Asset Management Analyst to support or lead international projects in vendor management and IT asset oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Support or lead international projects in vendor management and IT asset oversight, depending on experience.
• Gather and analyse data on clients' IT environments and contracts.
• Advise clients on vendor selection, new software and upgrades.
• Help develop and implement efficient, transparent vendor management processes.
• Work cross-functionally with a supportive team.

Required profile

• Degree in Financial Management, Data Analytics, Business Administration, IT or a related field.
• Fluent English.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, able to explain complex ideas simply.
• Team player eager to learn, solve problems and deliver results.
• 2+ years of experience in vendor management or IT asset management is a plus.
• Interest or experience in software licensing and ITIL is a bonus.
