WordPress and Data Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced WordPress and Data Specialist to join our team full‑time. You will maintain and enhance our WordPress sites while also supporting the finance team with data structuring, integration, and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain plugins, themes, and site performance across two WordPress sites.
• Build and redesign landing, product, and regional pages using Elementor.
• Create interactive maps, hotspot images, and custom pop‑ups.
• Manage HubSpot forms, UTM tracking, and GA4 integration, improving lead capture and spam filtering.
• Develop GA4 reports, resolve SEO issues, and handle CookieYes consent settings.
• Maintain third‑party widgets such as Team Tailor and other embedded scripts.
• Administer gated content, custom user roles, and login access.
• Perform content edits, bug fixes, and produce short how‑to guides for internal users.
• Support finance by ensuring accurate financial data structures and consistency.
• Drive data integration and automation between ERP, BI tools, and Excel.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience with WordPress and Elementor on live production sites (portfolio or references required).
• Strong front‑end knowledge: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, and basic PHP for troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, CookieYes, SemRush, and Team Tailor or similar tools.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing and finance teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.
